The thing is, I did notice that I hadn’t seen much of your posts lately, which ultimately got me to check on your profile, leading me here.

Best wishes for your programming project! I’m pretty sure that it’s perfectly alright to jump from one thing to another. Of course it can slow down your progress in one area, but you may as well end up finding something else, as interesting, if not more.

Quoting a story from Tobias van Schneider:

Instead of tackling your projects linearly, jump between work. If you’re in the middle of one project and another idea strikes you, jump to that idea. You can come back to the first one later. Work on multiple things on at one time and you’ll find yourself in a beautiful rush of productivity.
